I am a lazy blogger.

Ok so I setup this blog and I procrastinate (as I am with my dissertation) and I feel like I’m a lazy blogger.  I see blogs updated two sometimes three times a day!  Maybe I don’t think you are interested in anything I have to say “hey world today I shopped online, got my windshield replaced and had lunch from Fresh and Easy”  does anyone really care?  I’m not sure but some blogs are really popular I just don’t imagine my blog will be one of those…I can see the title now Lazy Blogger Procrastinating  on Her Dissertation Captivates the World right…when a black man rules our country ooohhhh wait.  J  Stay tuned it’s about to get exciting “hold on to your butts”  (can you name the movie?)

Ok…I am not a morning person…I admit it.  I will never voluntarily wake up at 5 am with birds singing spring out of bed excited for the day.  I wait until the very, very last minute to roll out of bed grab some coffee get dressed and can be ready in under 15 minutes and I’m out the door.  So is it just me or does anyone out there hate breakfast food?  I just don’t understand the obsession with greasy meat (bacon, sausage) sopping up chicken embryos with biscuits and orange juice.  I can’t think of a breakfast food that I would want to eat except for syrup…with a base of sugar how can you really go wrong.  What is even worse to me is restaurants that are ONLY open for breakfast ugh!  What makes breakfast sooo superior to say…ha ha ha…if you’re not up by 10 AM you don’t get to eat here….NO FOOD FOR YOU!

So I ask you….is there anyone else that dislikes breakfast foods as much as I do?  Are you surrounded by breakfast food lovers that crave breakfast at anytime of the day?  Do they take you to breakfast food places and you silently pray they might serve you a sandwich?  I just don’t get it…just wondering if I was alone in  my quest to boycott having to eat breakfast at breakfast.  Thanks for listening…here is to sleeping in until the lunch menu has started!

Are you dating a nerd?  Does your man text, twitter, blog, instant message, have a webcam, do me today videos?  If you answered yes to 2 or more of those listed you are in fact dating a nerd.  Does your man check his BlackBerry non-stop?  Does he text or twitter you more than he talks to you?  Than he is a nerd…so I have a couple questions   Such is my life…questions lots of questions.  So anyway…at what point do you wonder does he love his technology more than anything?  His phone tweets, beeps, vibrates with every email and IM and Twitter update all the time…I’ve tried to get into Twittering and Blogging but I don’t do it as often as he does.  So what do you think?  What is your experience dating a nerd? 

You know what really bugs me about Hollywood other than it is just the politics of a high school magnified.  (popular kids/stars) etc…anywheeeyysss (with a heavy latin accent)…I hate movies about causes or third world countries meant to expose some major wrong doing example:  Blood Diamond.  Why do I hate them…not that I am against the message I want the message out there, but some million dollar movie that pays stars millions, makes millions, and doesn’t do anything to make anything better just irritates me!  Why don’t you take those millions and make a difference for a village or a country?  I think it is just selfish…it really doesn’t fix anything, but I could argue that we don’t really want to fix it…my friends would tell me that my internal Marxist talking…but that is a different post    

So I am sitting in class looking at the AMAZING TOTAL OF 4 PAGES…it took me 2 days to write it makes me sick :p

This isn’t my first time in classes, I work full time have raised my 13 year old son and managed to finish my MBA I remember writing 20 page papers over the weekend and now I can’t seem to write anything….I even called in sick to work for the past few days in the hopes to “focus” and get at least 10 pages done yeah that didn’t happen. Now I’ll just have more work to do when I get back grrrrrrr

Ok…I am supposed to be writing my dissertation Dr. Procrastinator is what they should call me…I seem to be able to find anything, I mean anything to write about but my topic. I really have lost interest…how does this happen? Has it happened to you? I was talking to a friend of mine and he said he even bought a voice recognition program to help him with the writing practice….clever stall maneuver. (I might have to look into that…)

Ok…you know this Indian leader looks just like an …well it made me laugh and I can’t stop looking at his picture. Is that wrong?

Ok…blogging…who knows now how many people in the world blog…some knows that answer   Why not try it…really this is just another stall tactic.  You see dear reader I’m supposed to be writing my dissertation however, I am managing to find everything else in the world to do right now including starting this blog.
